Tye Ronald Zimmer

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tye Ronald Zimmer.

Tye is survived by his parents, Darcy and Sonya Zimmer, of Golden, BC, his sisters, Nakya and Kali Zimmer, his Papa, Ron Smith, of Port Alberni, BC, and his grandma, May Zimmer, of Vernon, BC.

He is predeceased by his Ko, Cheryl Bowness, of Golden, BC, and his grandpa, Ken Zimmer, of Vernon, BC.

Tye graduated from Golden Secondary School before making his home in Vernon, B.C. Tye had a deep love for the outdoors. He found joy in snowboarding, hiking, and spending time in nature, especially in the mountains.

Family was very important to Tye. He was known for his kind and generous spirit. He had a big heart, and was always willing to lend a hand, often going out of his way to help others without hesitation.

Tye had a great sense of humour and a contagious laugh. He loved to make people smile, and his presence brightened the lives of those around him.
