Robert (Bob) Graham passed away peacefully on the evening of October 21,2024 after a wonderful Sunday visit with his family in Canoe BC.
He is survived by his sister Leona Hallem, daughters Sherrie Kleefeld (Colin Farquharson) Terrie McVean, daughter in law Joanne Graham, 7 grandchildren, 6.5 great grandchildren and his nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his wife of 67 years Kay Graham, son Alan Graham, brother Chester Graham and sister Dolly Davidson.
A little about Bob, he was born November 08,1935 in Revelstoke BC.
At 18 he was in the Airforce but after a horrific car accident he was flown home.
At 21 he married Kay they moved around a lot, finally settled in Kamloops, where he worked for the CN until he retired in 1994 and moved to Canoe BC.
During his time in Kamloops, he went to the Banff School of the Fine Arts. He studied watercolours with Herb Olson. His painting “Salmo House” was selected to be displayed in a government building. Two watercolours were selected to be in the Canadian Pavilion at Shanghai World’s Fair. Three more works of art were purchased by the Kamloops Art Gallery for their archives.
Bob loved family, milling, fine arts of all genres, AND the Lake. He had such visions and accomplished most of those dreams.
