Patricia “Pat” Bradshaw, 81, of Salmon Arm, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2025.
Born on November 11, 1943, in Inverness, Scotland, to John Yadernuk and Catherine McDonald, Pat immigrated to Haney, B.C., with her family shortly after the war ended.
Pat became a licensed practical nurse, and her first nursing position brought her to Tofino, where she met and married the love of her life, Jim Bradshaw. Together, they shared 51 devoted years of marriage.
In 1972, Pat and Jim moved their growing family to Salmon Arm in search of drier weather and space to pursue a farming life. In 1978, they settled on their dream property, Raven Ranch in Tappen, where they raised their children, cows, and horses.
Pat is survived by her beloved sisters Theresa, Gerry, and Lillian; her children John (Surinder), Stewert and Karen (Cory); and her grandchildren Jesse (Kayla), Jake, William, Daniel, and Melissa. She was predeceased by her husband, Jim Bradshaw.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at Hillside Village for their care and support during Pat’s final days.
A private family service will be held, and Patricia will be laid to rest beside her beloved Jim.
