Muriel (Hop wo) Neil

Muriel Neil passed away peacefully on Friday, May 8, 2026, at the age of 92 years.

She will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her children, Audra Neil and Carl Neil (Hanna Williams), and by her grandchildren, Aidrik, Steele, and Kainen.

She was predeceased by her siblings Edward, Penny, Joan, Henrietta, Sheila, Oswald, Poppy, and Roy.

Muriel’s love of life and people touched the lives of all who knew her. In her younger years, she loved art-painting, crafting, needlepoint, etc. and was a member of the Revelstoke Art Gallery in the 1980’s. One of her biggest loves throughout her mid to later years was gardening and she took the uppermost pride in learning as much as she could about plants as well as her much tended to garden.
