Morgan was born in Revelstoke on April 10, 1997 and passed away July 7, 2024. His departure comes as a great shock and a deep wound, felt gravely by his entire family and countless others who loved him deeply. He will be remembered for his contagious smile, caring nature, silly sense of humour, and willingness to help with any project, no matter how big or small. His love of all music genres was legendary, enjoying anything from Elton John to Slayer. Morgan had an amazing ability to tell you the make and model of any vehicle just by the sound of the engine, and he would, even if you didn’t ask. When he wasn’t getting stitches or concussions, breaking bones, or avoiding fixing things (other than his car), he was an adventurous soul that was always ready to try something new and often encouraged others to do the same. Forever loved by his life partner; Hayley Quist, parents; Shelley Johnson-Gould and Dennean Gould, Todd and Jennifer Johnson, brother; Colby Johnson, half sisters; Natasha and Madison Johnson, step siblings; Sydney and Grayson Gould, grandparents Laurie Roane and Art Crowley, Bob and Tillie Johnson, Al Lowe as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was an incredible dog dad to Obi, named for his love of Star Wars. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at 10:30 A.M. at the Revelstoke Community Centre (600 Campbell Avenue Revelstoke, BC). Please celebrate Morgan by wearing your favourite band shirt and casual pants.
