Michel Landry passed away in Bastion Place, Salmon Arm on the evening of May 11, 2021 at the age of 57 years.
He was born in Montreal, Quebec on October 31, 1963. Michel left Montreal as a young man, enjoying his love of travel and living in places such as Whistler, California, Australia, Canmore, and finally Salmon Arm in 1993. Becoming a helicopter pilot at the age of 27, his career took him far and wide to fight wildfires. Outside of work, Michel loved to ski, hang glide, and mountain bike with friends.
Later in life, Michel enjoyed many adventures with his two dogs. He could often be found camping in his trailer or competing in agility trials.
He leaves his loving and dedicated family and friends, daughter Stephanie and her mother Alison, parents Monique and Jean-Guy, siblings Dominique, Jacques and Robert and their families.
