Lynne Anderson passed away peacefully on October 9, 2024, at the age of 82. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and dedication.
She will be deeply missed by her devoted husband, Allan; her children, Shelly (Brian) Kohlman, and Corry Anderson; and her cherished grandchildren, Kevin (Jessica) and Mitchel, along with her four great-grandchildren, Conner, Bennett, Cecilia, and Silas. Lynne is also survived by her siblings, Andy (Barb) Jamieson and Herb (Barb) Jamieson.
Lynne is predeceased by her parents, Elsie and Herbert Jamieson, and numerous aunts and uncles.
Her many hobbies included golf, pickleball, stick curling, line dancing, camping, gardening, and painting rocks and buckets.
Lynne gave back to her community through volunteering with the UCW, Soup and a Smile, the Senior’s Centre, and the Curling Club. She was also known for her love of traveling to Mexico and making trips to the U.S. for some fun at the casinos with her close girlfriend.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Revelstoke United Church. Her warmth, energy, and laughter will be forever cherished by all who knew her.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024, at Revelstoke United Church (314 Mackenzie Ave) at 1:00 P.M. Following the Service family and friends are invited to join for a time of fellowship and refreshments at the Revelstoke Seniors Centre (603 Connaught Ave)
