Lillian Fay (Klymchuk) Phillips

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Lillian Phillips on April 28, 2026. Lillian was born on January 7, 1941, in Scotswood, Alberta.

Lillian worked for Canada Post for 25 years and was an active member of the Royal Purple for more than 50 years. Lil loved gardening and took great pride in the beautiful plants she grew. Fishing was another favourite pastime. Not only was she an avid curler, but she also enjoyed watching curling whenever she could. Above all, she cherished her family, who will forever cherish her in return.

She will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her two sons, Wes and Blain; her six grandchildren, Santana, Natasha, Kolby, Braeden, Rodrick, and Tara; her eight great-grandchildren, Indie, Isla, Brindley, Austin, Mackenzie, Riley, Meghan, and Madyson; and her two great-great-grandchildren, Audrey and Reese.

A short graveside service will be held on June 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Legion Cemetery. All are welcome.

The service will be followed by a time of fellowship and refreshments at 578 Habart Lower Road at approximately 3:00 p.m.
