Lawrencia Clement

Lawrencia Clement passed away quietly and peacefully at Bastion Place on June 17, 2022 at the age of 93, with two of her daughters by her side. She had six children which resulted in many grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she enjoyed very much.  Many kept in touch with their Grandma often. 

In the mid 1950’s Lawrencia became a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses and remained faithful the rest of her life.  At the Kingdom Hall she had a lot of friends who all loved her enthusiastic personality.  She is now awaiting her resurrection. 

Lawrencia moved to Bastion Place on March 26, 2018 and soon had many friends from the staff who adored her quick and lively spirit and great humour.   The staff soon nicknamed her “Cute and Sassy” which she loved because she knew she was special to them.  Our family appreciated the loving care that they gave her and thank them for doing so. 

The family would also like to thank Dr. Dirk Breugem for his care of our Mom during all these years. 

She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.  Lawrencia was helpful and loving to everyone.

Lawrencia requested that there not be a service and that she be cremated.  A private family celebration will be held at a later date.
