Judy Evelyn (Leduc) Smith

Judy Evelyn Smith (Leduc), born June 28, 1957, passed away on January 4, 2026 in Sicamous, BC.

Judy grew up in Revelstoke and later made her home in Sicamous, BC, where she spent her adult life surrounded by family and community. She made her living as a professional truck driver, a career that suited her adventurous spirit and allowed her to see many parts of Canada and the US-stores she loved sharing with those close to her.

Above all else, Judy’s greatest love was her family. Nothing brought her more happiness than times spent with her loved ones, especially taking her grandchildren and great grandchildren on adventures, creating special memories filled with laughter, warmth, and love.

Judy is survived by her children, Jamie (Chad), Kristal and Daniel (Megan); her grandchildren Sidney, Alyssa, Olivia, Aidan and Hazel; and her great-grandchildren, Aleeah, Harlowe, and Krew. She is also lovingly remembered by her mother and father Diana and Ted Leduc; her sister Diana and her brothers Teddy and Jimmy, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Judy was a devoted mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, daughter, sister and mother-in-law, whose kindness, strength, and love will live on through her family. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew her.

Judy is predeceased by her loving husband Paul and by her brothers Russell and Roby and her niece Amber.

A celebration of life will be held in Sicamous, BC, at a later date.
