Jerry Conn Van Horne

It is with sadness that the family of Jerry announces his passing at his home in Blind Bay on June 28, 2026, at the age of 85.

Jerry was born on November 2, 1940, in Lethbridge, Alberta, to Charles and Elizabeth Van Horne. He attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, where he received the education that helped launch a long and successful career. Jerry dedicated many years of service to BC Hydro before retiring.

Jerry will be lovingly remembered by his son, Chris Van Horne, and his daughter, Leigh Ann Marshall (Scott). He was predeceased by his parents, his sister Leslie, and his brother Ross.

Jerry will be remembered for his quiet strength, his dedication to his work and family, and the lasting impact he had on those who knew and loved him.
