Jack & Donna Irwin

Jack and Donna Irwin passed away together on April 15, 2025, at the ages of 76 and 73. 

They leave behind their beloved children, Kelly Irwin (Mike Roesch) of Yellowknife and Gavin Irwin of Salmon Arm, and their loyal dog, Kai. Their memory will also live on in their cherished grandchildren, Ryley and Jake Steinwand.

Donna and Jack will be dearly missed by their families, Donna’s siblings: Garnie Layden of Salmon Arm, Larry Layden of Kelowna and Dianne Layden (Jeff Zupancic) of Salmon Arm; and Jack’s siblings: Louisa Dehnel of Nelson and Dale Irwin of Delta, as well as many nieces and nephews. They are predeceased by their son Ryley Irwin, Jack’s brother Stewart Irwin, Donna’s parents Jerry and Jean Layden, and Jack’s parents Nancy and Fred Irwin.

A celebration of life will be held on May 24, 2025 at 1:00pm at The Gathering Place in Salmon Arm, BC. Family and friends are invited to gather and honour the lives and legacy of Jack and Donna.

They will be remembered always for the warmth they brought into the world and the love they shared with everyone around them.
