Grace Santos

Grace (Almin) Santos, 60, passed away peacefully on September 21st, 2023, surrounded by her loved

ones in Samon Arm, BC. In the year 2000, she became the recipient of a donor kidney and enjoyed a full

life until she was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma earlier in 2023.

Grace was born on September 23, 1962, to Alberto and Minerva Santos in Cavite City in the Philipines.

She came to Montreal, Canada, at age 19 with her family and later welcomed her son, Benjamin in 1986.

In 1997, Grace met her loving husband Jerry Grinnage and they wed in 2000.

Grace enjoyed spending time with her family and extended family. She especially enjoyed playing games

and feeding snacks to her three grandchildren who called her Lola. Grace was strong through adversity

and always had a smile on her face when she was with her grandchildren. She brought joy to those

around her and offered wisdom and support to her loved ones. She adored her dogs and enjoyed

traveling.

Grace was predeceased by her parents and is survived by her Husband, Jerry Grinnage; her son,

Benjamin Delcid (Julie); and her grandchildren; Brielle, Benjamin and Jacob; and her siblings Amado,

Maria, Xenia and Alberto Jr.

A celebration of life will be held on October 21st, at Snowdon Baptist church in Montreal, QC, at 2:30pm.

Friends and Family are invited to stay for a reception afterwards.
