With heavy hearts we announce the passing away of Glen Charles Jewell, in Enderby, B.C. at the age off 89. He was born in Kinistino, Saskatchewan to Charlie & Millie Jewell. Glen spent most of his life growing up and living in Salmon Arm. On August 15, 1956, he married Ruth (Coates). Together they raised three children; Russ (Kim) of Frank, AB, Dave (Wanda) of Enderby, and Wendy (Sergio) of Kelowna and grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He worked hard all his life, as a mechanic and then millwright for Federated Co-op for 25 years. He loved farming, fishing, woodworking and living a quiet life. His loving wife, Ruth, predeceased him in 2017. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. C. Thomson, Dr. P. Mafulu, and the amazing staff at Parkview Place in Enderby where he spent his final months.
