Geraldine "Deane" Agnatha Symonds

It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Geraldine (Deane) Symonds, cherished mother, sister, and aunt who left us on Sunday, January 11, 2025. 

Born in Saskatchewan in 1946, Deane called Salmon Arm her home for most of her life and cherished the friends and connections she made here. 

She is survived by her loving family, kids Cara and Todd, her sisters Linda and Mary, her twin brother Gerald, and countless extended family members

Deane will be remembered for her generous heart, bright smile and sense of humour, and the countless ways she made ordinary moments unforgettable. 

She is deeply missed, forever loved, and will remain in our hearts always. 

A celebration of life will follow at a later date.
