It's with a heavy heart we announce the passing of our father Edward "Whit" Lee who passed away in the evening of Friday, June 13, 2025 with his family by his side.
At the age of 64, Whit had many accomplishments in life. One of them being a red seal machinist and welder. He could fix anything for anyone. He was the first to lend a helping hand, never scared to get his hands dirty and wore a smile everywhere he went.
Our dad was always up for adventure, a back yard bonfire or some good ol' R&R at the beach or river bend.
He enjoyed the simple things in life, created memorable family traditions and cared fiercely for his family and friends. He was always our biggest cheer leader and tried his best to make it to every game, recital or track meet.
He is sadly missed and will always be remembered by his children Dawn (Ryan) Rinsma, Whit (Jackie) Lee, Laura (Jadon) Kerr and Alicia (Mark) Mouland and his 6 grandchildren Emilyn, Alexandra and little Whit, Mayson, Aiden and Maddy May as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Whit was predeceased by his mother Yvonne Lee, stepfather Jack Lee and father Al Vion.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date.
