Diane "DD" Kulak

It is with very heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Diane “DD” Kulak (nee Gorski) on November 4, 2021, at the age of 58.  Diane’s journey with cancer began 8 years ago and it profoundly changed her. She embraced each day with amazing strength and courage as she faced her challenges and lived with immense gratitude and passion for even the littlest of things. 

Diane leaves behind her loving husband and soulmate Chris, her cherished daughters Meagan and Kendra (Paul), her sister Debra, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Glen and Brenda, her precious niece Hannah (Thomas), and nephews Alexander, and Rory (Aimee), and many cherished extended family and treasured dear friends. Diane was predeceased by her parents Chester and Louise and her brother-in-law Dave.

The family would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Deetlefs, Dr. Spooner and Dr Hardy.  Our heartfelt gratitude also goes out to the many doctors, nurses, surgeons, and other health care professionals that have supported Diane and the family throughout her cancer journey.

Due to COVID protocols, there will be a private service on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.
