It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Carter James Collins who left us way to soon on November 20, 2025 at Salmon Arm General Hospital with his wife Lizzy and family at his side.
Born July 10, 1950 in Red Deer AB, Carter lived a life full of love and laughter. Carter was a great story teller and was never at a loss for words. His jokes were endless but not always funny. Carter was an avid fisherman and loved fishing the Okanagan lakes with his wife Liz and best friend Brian.
Carter was the beloved husband of Liz for 12 years. He had four beautiful children Alice, Joe, Maxine and Tommy. He will be missed by his grandchildren Chris, Ryan, Sammy, Nick and Trevor.
Sadly predeceased by his parents Iris and Homer and grandson Micheal.
Carter will be deeply missed by his family and friends and all who knew him.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
Please take a moment to leave words of condolences or fond memories of Carter.
