Anna Mae Culos

It is with great sadness we announce Anna Mae Jean Culos passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on September 1, 2026 at 86 years of age in Salmon Arm, BC. 

Anna was predeceased by her parents Olga and Eli Steckley; beloved husband Angelindo “Fritz” Culos; stepdaughter Tracey; her brothers Ken Steckley, Clarence Steckley, and Bill Steckley; her sisters Lorene Langhor, Eldene Lotz, Elaine Thornton and Audrey Sikorski. 

Anna will be lovingly remembered by her step-daughters Leslie (Mike) Brown, Wendy Culos, Barbara Powell and daughter Cheryl (Shaun) Matte and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

Special thanks to the staff at Shuswap General Hospital for their exceptional care, compassion, and kindness.  

A Celebration of Life will be held on October 3, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the Deo Lutheran Church. Reception to follow.
