Allen passed away at the age of 39. He is sadly predeceased by his grandfather Kenneth Nendick, brother Randall Lilly, father Douglas Nendick and grandmother Vera Thompson. Remembered and sadly missed by his grandmother Janet Marie Nendick, mother Mona Lilly, sisters Nicole and Amanda, nieces Aaliyah and Maddison, great niece Aamiyah as well as his aunts, uncles and cousins.
Allen was diagnosed as a youth with metal health disorders and learned to adapt to the many challenges he was presented with and was able to live independently with assistance. Allen returned to school to obtain his adult Dogwood Certificate in 2016. Allen selflessly volunteered most of his adult life.
Allen was a loving, giving devoted son who loved his family immensely. He was organized, a musician, an outdoorsman and survivalist. He enjoyed spending time with family, especially his mom. He also enjoyed playing video games, floor hockey, indoor volleyball, swimming and being outdoors.
Allen's celebration of life will be held on May 24, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. At Bowers Funeral Home located at 440 10 Street, SW, Salmon Arm, British Columbia.
