It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ashley Hubensky on May 20, 2010 at the
Ashley leaves behind to mourn his loving, long time partner of 28 years , Crystal Bowman; son, Darrin Grafton (Sue) and grand- daughters, Teagan and Justine; step- son, Chris Bowman (Darlene) and step-grand children, Kelsey and Dillon; step-daughter , Tracy Bowman (Brian) and step-grand-daughters, Dezerea and Shaelynn ; sister, Dianna Chalmers; nieces, Suzie and Wanda (Joe) and great nieces , Caitlin and Taylor; uncles, Stanley and Russell (Mary) Hubensky ; aunts, Colleen Cowell, Stella Hyra, Eleanor Powell and Marie Davidson ; and numerous cousins . Ashley was predeceased by his parents, Kaye and Alex Hubensky.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully request that donations in Ashley’s name be made to the Shuswap Hospice Society.
It would be Ashley’s wish for people not to grieve, but rather to share a glass of wine or a beer, a cherished moment, a laugh or two in memory of him. We will forever miss that smile and all his wonderful stories. Ashley, you will forever be in our hearts. Enjoy your new journey, till we meet again.
